The Process

• We gather details from you regarding what you would like your ad to say and get some basic information about colors, animation, graphics, pictures, logos, etc. If you want to keep it simple, we can simply work from a business card or use a print ad you've used before. We also like to get a logo or other pictures and graphics in electronic form if you have them available.

• You sign our standard advertising contract for whatever length of time you've selected, the number of scheduled changes you want to pay for, the number of locations you want your ad to play in and make payment at this time (if you sign a multi-month contract, you can make monthly payments).

• We work up a "proof" of your ad and email it to you for review or we can meet in person and show it to you.

• We make changes according to your input and feedback, once you've seen the "proof".

• We get your final approval on the ad, once you are satisfied.

• We provide you with a final paid invoice / receipt for your records.

• We put the ad into production and it begins running immediately.

• Once your ad is in production, you simply need to contact us if you want to make an unscheduled change and we'll bill you for the change fee. If you had previously decided to make regularly schedule changes, you need to inform us of those changes and we'll make them and put them into production without further feedback from you.

• If you want to add locations or change locations, simply contact us and we'll move your ads for FREE or bill you for adding additional locations that were not part of the original contract.

Email Blast Advertising

In addition to digital advertising on our Digital Sign Networks and Cable TV, we also provide email blast advertising. This is a great way to reach local consumers who have opted-in to receive sales information. We can also provide email blast advertising to other businesses if your business is B2B. Our prices are very affordable, starting at just $250 per zip code for one to three zip codes. You’ll pay as little as $150 per zip code if you blast to twenty or more zip codes. We currently have access to more than 50,000 business email addresses in Broward and Dade Counties and our consumer email lists generally average about 10,000 people per zip code.
